Apart from a slight mix up on installation ( four years ago) and the e-mail problems last year, I have had no other problems. TV fine apart from occasional interactive problems that
are being worked on, phones, never had a problem, BB minor proxy and e-mail niggles, phone support, excellent and always pleasant and well mannered staff in the Manchester area, also very good support from the people in Wales .
