Hello.
As far a we remember it only appeared after we went onto ntl digital. Maybe I should have mentioned the digital aspect?
The only other variable is that we bought a cheapie dvd player, so we have the dvd player on the bottom, the old vhs recorder on top of that and the ntl box on top of that.
Oh dear......
