Hi,
I am currently on NTL BB 750k, & was connected about a month ago.
Im considering upgrading to 1.5mb (which i assume would get me speeds of 180k? max.), which I did last year in a different house (600k-->1mb).
I was just wondering is phoning CS the only way this can be done or am I able to upgrade somehow online.

Also I was wondering whether I can upgrade and downgrade a few times during my 9 month (student) contract, because im not sure I would want 1.5mb all year & might not be able to afford it either

Still not sure what to do, but thought I would ask how changing my BB package works before going ahead with the upgrade.
