yeah have contacting telewest, they said it was down to adware/spyware. But i had just reinstalled XP so wasnt that. Also running a firewall, norton 03, spyware doctor and spysweeper. Have tried turning them off to see if it makes a difference, but doesnt seem to. Have been trying to use DC++, but downloads are really slow.
The wierd thing is that uploads are faster than downloads, even if its just one upload vs one download, and no matetr the connection of teh otehr user....
