Not sure why the images arn't working for you, they work OK for ntl, blue yonder and BT ADSL customers that have already visited, as well as customers from providers in the USA and many other countries.
What browser are you using?
The screenshot link pointed to a members only area of the forum, which was a poor oversight on my part & has been amended. Thanx for the heads up
