Isn't this what NTL normally do?? Judging from the amount of ongoing problems just on this site all the NTL top brass seem to care about is the £ÃÆ ’‚£Ãà¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚£ and certainly not customer satisfaction

It has been around six months since the first letters went out, how much longer do they need? or is the 1.5 for STB users going to join the realms of NTL's famous 'coming soon' legends
would NTL like it if I 'promised' to pay my bills and then 6 months later still had not paid, I doubt it.

Agreed but unless there is any viable technical reason (not idle STB users) for delaying this particular phase of the rollout, then NTL just go ahead and do it or at least break the mold and tell the truth for once instead of feeble excuses
