Basically there is a problem with your cable modem and the power levels signal quality from ntl to yourself, or with the cable modem itself, illustrated well by the errors above.

good advice that is that , the strange thing is , when i had a problem yesterday , i rang what used to be my local number and i was told to ring 0800 whatever and i was put thru to t.s. without it costing me anything , does this now mean t.s. is free ?????????
