Anytime is soo the wrong time especially when customers have to wait for 60 mins to get tech support....
Also if they outsource to India then they would be shooting themselves as I have regular contact with a call center in India and they cannot say our towns correctly and try to arrange for me to do mystery shops in areas that are too far for me to travel to without a petrol allowence which they don't pay.
