Don't know about TFT screens but the working time regulations state 15 mins every hour although I know that this
is not enforced in call centres.
Try doing a 10 1/2 hour shift on the phone with only a couple of 15 breaks and a 30 min lunch break, I'll be made blind one day - especially with the stupid 60Hz default refresh rate on the computers that IT are too lazy to fix.
