It was alleged that something similar like this occured but it was not a recorded message, a certain banned member of this forum used to work for ntl and was in the nthellworld.com CLT.
I remember when they posted in the CLT forum on nthellworld.com that they may have to leave the CLT because they were up for disciplinary action and could lose their job because it was
alleged that this ntl employee told a customer to **** off over the telephone. I believe the employment of this individual was quite rightfully terminated with immediate effect.
I find it totally bizarre and ironic that this ex ntl employee with this disgusting attitude to customers now owns and operates an ntl customer orientated site with a very similar name and copycat version to nthellworld.com.
