Somewhen last week and somehow ntl managed to change my tv email pin [did have a box swap done 2 times 1st box failed lol fri/sat]

Today @ 1045am i was told that the anylists at ntl were sorting it out but its been what 7 hrs since then & still nothing #grr

pity really as i am sure i have important emails needing my attention if anyone has any suggestions why it takes so long please do say ?
