Thats what most organisations with a good reputation do!

ntl has a history of working people right up until their last day, letting them keep thier cabinet keys, swipe cards and dial in remote access after they have left the company. What would anyone expect in that situation!

A little maturity and a quick flick through the employee handbook to make sure what they've done isn't going to get them sacked and lose their rights to any redundancy or notice pay. I really am amazed at how some peoplw get off.....
