Hi,

I just spoke to someone at NTL and they said a code can be added incorrectly sometimes and the ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£15 will be taken off of my direct debit.

Curiously though they could not send me an updated hire agreement form that I have to sign?

At least that's sorted now! Thanks for your help.
