Gearbox NEVER needs my attention, and doesn't get it.
I tried emailing ntl once about this, but got no reply and don't really expect one.
Does the message mean anything worth investigating? Or shall I carry on being grumpy and ignoring it?

Gearbox? Are NTL STILL using that?I ditched it as soon as I could and manually configured dial-up.As long as you have your password,username and a phone number I don't believe you need Gearbox.However I'm sure someone else with much more IT smarts than me can better inform you.
