Mark B seeing as you are on a SACM the fact that the upgrade has not been done doesn't seem to affect you. As stated I am paying ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£37.99 for a service which at the moment for me is 1mb, yet others are paying the same price and getting a 1.5mb service. Thats the unfair part in all this. Not arsed that ADSL have given no free upgrades, the fact is if it was to happen on ADSL I could quite easily get it, or switch companies to one who has given an upgrade.

At the end of the day this is yet another typical NTL shambles, NTL trying to play catch up with the competition.
