well he insisted i restart my computer i explained i didnt actually have a computer on or in fact in a state that i could turn it on - he asked how i knew my broadband wasnt working and i said because the lights where out and he insisted he couldnt assist me until i restarted my pc, i said having my pc on wouldnt affect the signal getting to me i could have the broadband plugged into a washing machine for all it cares its got no signal..this went on for a while and i gave in and pretended i restarted my pc
