I get that on some channels at some times. AFAIAA there are two major causes:

1. Unacceptable power level - This is where the power level that comes from NTL (not the 3 pin electric socket, the co-ax cable). It has an acceptable bounds, and if it is too high, or low, you will get picture problems. If anything your power would be too high. If you check the power (go here) and it is out of the acceptable bounds, then call NTL and have an engineer come out and put a restricter on it.

2. High internet traffic - People have said that high internet bandwidth (if you have broadband through a set-top-box), particularly when lots of ports are open, with latent traffic, like with P2P like Kazaa and Shareaza/EDonkey, it can cause pixelation. They solution is to go to a stand aone modem I think (Or stop P2Ping whle watching TV)
