The voicemail plus is ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£1.75 per month & it does give you the option to record your own greeting as well as being able to listen to your messages from another line. I also believe that you can change the number of rings with this option too. If not, it can be changed via cs though.
