Still confused as to the cost aspect.
Bulldog charge for a /29 subnet, and Biztime 20:1 was over 60 quid a month when you would have bought it. Can't see how this is close to the cost of ntl's 1.5Mbit offering. If you were paying the £43 / £40 a month for Alltime 2000 it wasn't 20:1.
You could harp on about ntl's poor speeds and oversubscription over the past few years, apart from that broadband hasn't been available for more than 3 years and I can't think of anywhere that's been oversubscribed to the extent that Bulldog have. I can't wait for my connection to leave those cowboys

Bulldog make ntl look like the epitomy of efficiency

here's hoping Cable and Wireless clean their act up rather than using them to pimp telephony as seems quite possible
