Well I rang the NTL Freedom no, and was told my account was cancelled, I wont mention the name of the guy, But a month later I was still billed
and charged £20 for going overdrawn !! ( I was under the impression that it had been cancelled)
Nice one NTL, up until now ive been singing your praises, im gonna ring the number again on Monday, and hopefully it will get cancelled?
