If anyone in Stoke area, postcode ST, is having dropped connection problems on Broadband in the evenings, can you raise with NTL, PLEASE?
Both myself and fellow forum member 'Swipe' are having our Cable Modems replaced, probably unnecessarily. The guy I spoke to to agreed it was most likely a network issue, but until more people report it, it won't be treated as such
