NTL were on local radio (Fox FM) here (Oxford) today, in a comparison of call waiting times.

NTL averaged 50 Minutes !!!!
the next closest were British Gas with 5 minutes.

LOL, if I were NTL i'd be SERIOUSLY concerned, they're a laughing stock.
