i think its others namely the media who stir this misinformation scaremongering that i absoloutely detest it shows a total lack of understanding between adults and teenagers i for one am certain of that if your dumb enough to give out your details thats your own fault simple as that others shouldnt have to suffer from being kept off the net simply because of the news reporting
