Awwww... that sucks.
The engineer just installed the new STB yesterday whilst I was out and I was expecting to come home to a nice faster connection (and a TV service that didn't crash). It should have been a day of joy. Instead I come home to a broken router...
But at least the TV feels nice and fast now.
