Hurrah!

Engineer turned up today at 12:30pm, told him the problem and he knew all about it. I was the 5th person on his list he had to see with the same problem. So now it's left with him and NTL to sort it out!

Seems a problem with part of the UBR that feeds my area, so that's why some people are OK and some have problems. Not sure what is going to happen as he didn't give me anything specific other than 'Leave it with me'?

I feel like I'm in an Adventure game staring at the "What now? >"
