Continued.....
Well, a regular case of 'Didn't Phoneitus' struck! Had to call them back today to kick them. Managed to get an Engineer booked for Tuesday 2nd September, except they got the date wrong and meant Thursday 2nd September
So will have to wait
ANOTHER WEEK before we find out what's wrong!
I hope NTL don't have anything to do with homeland security
