It may be worth pointing out that if you use call18866 on BT you can now also use it on NTL, there's a free phone number on their website
edit - OT but also worth pointing out that 18866 are excellent value for short distance calls too - 0.5p per min at all times for landlines and as little as 2p for mobiles
