It was Tuesday/Wednesday last week I think when we had a thunderstorm late at night!

When my connection was still off the next day I rang the service status line early in the morning, no information about this outage was given so I rang the Cable Modem Helpline, it was on there that there was a message referring to an outage in the NG16, NG17 and NG18 areas.
