You're not joking!

The guy did admit the diagnostics stuff they have was not very good! There's only so much you can diagnose using PING, that being the most technical diagnostic tool they have I'd guess!!

Although there seems to be a fault his 'level 2's' were overiding him and so he couldn't really do much else! Must have interrupted their tea break or something?
