I personally can not belive it me, first time fair enough, second time suppose it could happen but this is now the thrid time and i would say its probably worse this time that the last two. I am seriously thinking of also Getting ADSL - not saying that i wont get this problem on there (as I probably will) but i dont want to pay ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£37.99 a month for a connection that works *some of the time*, Email *none of the time* and so forth...

Guess i will be calling them up on Monday..... Not sure which department yet though... prob Cancellations this time...
