Maybe blocking certain HTTP requests?

I've just tried uploading a 33kb file to the Newsgroups too, a.b.test.yenc and can't upload to those either. Used Newsbin and my Astraweb account and get a posting error after about a couple of minutes! Then used Agent using news.cable.ntlworld.com and news.ntli.net and keep getting 'Operation timed out' or 'Connection reset (Error 10054)'! If I remove the attachment the message gets posted!

Yup, NTL have definitely got a problem with my connection as far as I'm concerned!
