Whyme38, have you tried rebooting your CM/STB? I've got it here in LS12

1st 128K took 3625 ms = 36158 Bytes/sec = approx 301 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 3734 ms = 35102 Bytes/sec = approx 292 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 3578 ms = 36633 Bytes/sec = approx 305 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 3672 ms = 35695 Bytes/sec = approx 297 kbits/sec
