this is the information that i get from ntl's dns... is it looking at the correct name servers and resolving to the correct ip address?

I take it that you have tried all the simple things like clearing the local cache and ctrl +f5 to force a refresh?

you might also want to try ipconfig /flushdns if it is a windoze machine
