Did not initially use this link/info as I was looking for more general e-mail addresses and hoping that it could be resolved without having to resort to high management level but have taken your advice and sent it to both MDs (as problems in both regions) but how long before I could expect a response - a day, days, weeks?
Why does NTL not have a list of e-mail addresses on its site where a mere user could correspond or even complain and please donââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t advise me of the www.ntl.com/home/contact/generic/customer.asp - after 2 attempts where both were not able to be submitted owing to a fault †“ an excellent system of keeping customer complaints down!!
