Agree with you entirely Orangebird. For once NTL has given more than they promissed.
I for one am more than happy to get the speed increase before it was officially due. (Of course, if I had not received the increase yet, I may not have the same opinion

I am quite happy to complain when NTL make a mess of things, but this time they
seem to be doing things in a sensible controlled manner. So it is a
