i agree with everything in your last statement and can confirm everything about the "storeman" and "switch tech", it was unbelievable when S.T was b...ocked for being in the headend working. i heard this week that another network tech has resigned for being disiplined for making two phone calls on his company mobile to tell his manager he would be in on monday and the other to arrange a lift off another tech!!!!!
