Actually, 150k stb customers can get speed
up to 256k, but browsing remains at around 150k. using a download accelerator will give you the 256k speeds (around 30kb/s), but not using i get 18kb/s.
so the 150k to 300k increase will make a lot of difference to stb users as, but the max download speed will only change slightly - as badnbusy said.
still 150k for me...
- well it ain't august yet...so i can wait (a few more days)
