I've put some piccies of our efforts on HF and VHF Field day on my website for the
Farnborough Radio Club. The Field Day's are about erecting and operating a portable amateur radio station from a field as part of a competition to get the most radio contacts. We did quite well in the HF one, but no so good on the VHF. We really need to find a field on the top of a mountain.

The pictures were taken with a Dimage 5 digital camera, which does a pretty good job, although the autofocus has a tendancy to stick. I was quite pleased with this action shot of Bernd using a catapult to get an antenna wire up into a tree. He actually succeeded on this shot.
There's also a bit on our visit to Farnborough Air Sciences Trust earlier in the year, which I recommend to anyone interested in aviation.
