Well, the program we teach the students at work is Adobe Premiere, but that is a bit wierd to learn, and is expensive.

Found what looks like a good Freeware Video Editor, Zwei-Stein Video Editor. It's at http://www.thugsatbay.com/software/index.html.

Might take a bit of learning as well, but seems to have a good range of features.. And it's free.
