Well, I'd love to have my !M for free, but it's just not on the cards now, is it?
I think £35PM is fair for my connection. I also think that customers should be compensated for 'down time' though. I appreciate that ntl cannot 'guarantee' connection, like pretty much all ISP's, it can't be done. But... when I can't use NTL mail for WEEKS on end or have NO cable for over a week, some recompence in in order.
