After sat in hospital this afternoon reading a copy of yorkshire life from last year I spotted a piece on Dobsons (http://www.dobsons.co.uk/) a local firm that have been making boiled sweets since 1850 (thats a lot of fillings!)

Yorkshire Mixtures anyone - here's where they originated...
