When it's on I get connection speeds equivalent to a 56k modem or worse. The faults person put me through to cable modem support, where the tech ran the diagnostics several times and said he was getting 'some crazy readings' ... he has filled in a request for an engineer to come round!
In the meantime I can just about get on-line, but I may not be around much for a couple of days ...
