very harsh on Fraz and IMO I see no need to make personel attacks on people like Fraz who work for ntl. If people keep attacking certain individuals that work for ntl it will just force more ntl employees to stay away from these forums. From what i gather we have recently lost 2 quality people from these forums due to some peoples bad attitude lets try to make sure that criticism is aimed at the company and not the individual
