Not only that but also blacklisting - it allows mupper users to blacklist willy nilly, which totally undermines the validity of the blacklist.

Yeah - I'd agree that NTL implementing spam filtering is inevitable. Also inevitable that they'll make a balls of it

I just hope they'll give customers the choice - mail or mangled mail - otherwise I'll have to source my email provision from elsewhere.
