well I agree with arcamalpha2004 ntl should have a clear policy that is for everyone, I could ring up now threatening to cancel and depending on who I get on the phone I could either end up with no service or 6 months of half price packages, I also happen to think ntl have developed a repuation for backing down on cancellations so a few people tend to ring up knowing whats going to happen and end up with massive discounts, this must be affecting them enough to affect normal prices.
