I Congratulate you on what you have managed to get from NTL.
But, one of my arguments has been that NTL should treat ALL of their customers in the same manner, it should not depend on which advisor you speak to or how much ars4 licking you do.
NTL do not have any clear lines that they work on, which is wrong.
If your service has been down, you should get some credit to your bill regardless, sadly NTL leave this decision to the cs staff, which imo is wrong.
IF you have had no problems with your half price service for 12 months, why should you be entitled to another 12 months half price? please enlighten me.
