Excessive thirst can be connected to diabetes and therefore the needing to go to the toilet may also lead on from that.

Same goes for headaches.Most of mine are hormonal related or lack of sleep.

Insomnia isn't always about stress-it can be because someone keeps poking you awake for snoring or there is a particularly noisy pigeon nesting at the bottom of the garden.

Ah phooey to such questionnaires.
