Well as far as I'm concerned aspirin/paracetmol/brand named analgesics don't work.They never even touch headache pain and frankly I might as well

as take any painkillers.Even an adverse reaction would prove they actually work.

Incog with a headache right now.I didn't touch a drop of alchohol all week either.
