KC do have a naming policy but you can choose the full title yourself.
Ususally the breeder puts their breeder name in the title and the breeder's town, for status and breeder recognition.
The name Maximus was chosen by myself without any regard to KC or breeder (my aunt) naming convention or requirement.
I actually wanted General Maximus, but apparantly it's already taken!
