nope... i have no idea who the relevant person would be... The only contact us link of the page eventually takes you back to ntlhome contact us; if i filled that in it would be directed back to tech support (and possibly even me!) and we don't deal with freedom products (or at least we haven't been told anything about dealing with freedom bb yet
).
